Quiet comfortable room with view of roofs. Very central for the lake, shops and restaurants. It was situated on a main road not next to the lake. Car parking was a few minutes walk away in an underground public car park. The hotel was efficient and functional rather than charming. We had breakfast at a local cafe at fraction of the cost of having breakfast at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke good English.

-Compfortable room, bed and bathroom. Very accurate temperature control of water in bathroom. -Park a car at nearby car park. The hotel will give your discout ticket for parking fee. -Excellent breakfast.

Great location, lovely friendly staff. Spacious rooms with “entrance hall” area to leave shoes and hang coats. We have stayed here many times over the last 30yrs and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Annecy. It is regularly refreshed and renovated- we particularly liked the new (to us!)breakfast room this time.

The location was great. We visited the old town Christmas market. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We got a complimentary drink on arrival. And supplemented our parking ticket. The room was lovely. And the bed was big, and very comfortable. The Christmas decorations around the hotel, was a great bonus.We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.
