Hotel was in a great location right on the Lake Annecy and very close to the old town, the room had great views of the lake, and was a duplex amazing for a family of 4 the kids loved the mezzanine floor of the room's beds was almost like a little hide away for them, big enough for adults too with an extra toilet which was great. the room was very comfortable and modern.

Loved EVERYTHING ! …. What an amazing Hotel ! Our room was brilliant with a HUGE Balcony & Terrace. The staff were ALL lovely and the food was Incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The mezzanine family room was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved sleeping in the top level and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Everything was thought through. Very clean rooms, comfy beds. We entered into our room with a fresh- just cleaned smell. Glass water bottle in every room and a filling station every floor. Netflix&youtube access on tv as well as coffee maker and water boiler. Perfect!

Can't fault this hotel. Excellent. Lovely room, friendly and accommodating staff. Bakery / cafe in the lobby was amazing too. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed an upgrade and enjoyed the very stylish room and fittings. The staff were excellent and the location is great. Overall very good value for money.

Super friendly staff, great value for price, we even had a dog blanket and bowl in the room for our dog. Garage was super convenient and room really quiet and comfortable. Very clean too. We will be back!
