Please note that for the Classic Room, the lake view will incur an additional charge and is subject to availability. The well-being area of the Cristal Spa is accessible free of charge, by prior reservation, in one-hour slots. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children up to and including 12 years old are admitted from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fitness is accessible free of charge, it is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that treatments must be booked in advance.

The location is amazing ,its offering a full view of the lake of Annecy but the hotel is little bit old Everything was perfect The staff was extremely helpful and kind Big up to the concierge team

Beautiful hotel from the exterior with lots of character that I was really excited for when I booked it. It’s in a great location right on the lake and a 15 minute walk into town. The breakfast buffet was 10/10

An absolutely exceptional stay! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were fabulous. I was here celebrating my birthday and they delivered champagne and cake and went above and beyond on absolutely everything! I highly recommend a stay here. The hotel is so comfortable, spotlessly clean, easy walk into the old town of Annecy, valet parking so your car is tucked away safely. Incredible buffet breakfast too. Cannot wait to return!

What a lovely hotel. Its position is outstanding and its seclusion in its own grounds makes for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Incredible views, some lovely walks on the doorstep, and excellent friendly staff throughout. I loved the welcome at the front door pulling up with lots of luggage and a dog, nothing was too much trouble, and check in was a breeze. We had a very enjoyable room service dinner. Very comfortable bed, we slept perfectly.

The lake view was stunning, the location was very good, accessible and within walking distance to the old town. The service was great, very happy to have chosen them. Highly recommended.

The location is quite nice. 15 minutes walk into town overlooking the lake. Rooms were comfortable. No issues there. John the Concierge was quite helpful and very nice helping us with our visit and dinner booking.
