This lovely gem of a hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from restaurants and the old centre of Annecy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including a slightly early check-in. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, quite exceptional. The room was a good size with modern facilities. The hotel has a lift to upper floors. There is parking available for an extra fee, but is well worth the cost. There is a nice garden attached for summer relaxation.

Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere, and taking our heavy luggage to the bus stops or station was not a big problem. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way toake me comfortable. The lobby area was tastefully decorated. We could enjoy a glass of wine there on one of the evenings. Bathroom set up was good.
