What a gem of a hotel. We visited for the Christmas Markets and we had the perfect location and the most breathtaking view. Our suite was the Emperor suite and it had 2 amazing views and a lovey balcony to enjoy our chaud vin overlooking the magic of the markets and the lake and mountains. The room is huge and we had a great bathtub to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely quiet .. amazing given the location. The double glazing is perfect. Dinner at Corza was phenomenal and so well priced. A beautiful village and a great hotel.

Great location, just next to the iconic Palais de l'Isle. We didn't get the room with the balcony overlooking the Palais but still it was very comfortable on two levels. Very clean and staff really friendly. Thank you!

Very charming and lovely hotel right next to the famous castle, restaurants and souvenir shops.Everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were clean and organised with great views as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Igris. He was amazing .
