Great area, big parking, clean room. We arrived late and the check in process was very easy. The vending machines is a plus. The view from the breakfast room.

We liked the location, it is not in the centre , not noisy. The hotel has a big outdoor area, mostly lawns and trees. Very quiet place with a great view to the lake. Our triple room was very big with the balcony. Breakfast is included in the price, it is very basic. Anyway there's a coffee machine with cappuccino, espresso, cafe with milk as an option.

The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Only 10 minutes away from the centre of Annecy by car.

The breakfast tasted good with the view of Lake Annecy. The room was clean and nice. Our room faces to the Lake Annecy.

Excellent value single rooms for motorcycle tour of France. Hot and powerful shower was amazing after a long ride from Calais. Staff amazing with arranging late check in. Breakfast good.

The breakfast with the view of the mountains and the lake was great! The personal was very kind and helpful. The location for us was perfect. The bus to the city center is about 15 min and it is quite regular.
