Easy access to keys, easy safe large parking. Very comfortable apartment , 20mins walk into Annecy or easy bus route

Apartment spacious and very well appointed if a bit odd. Note: this is part of Villa Sully, which is an old folks home, so everything is a little surreal.

We really enjoyed our stay. Because we went precisely at the time of a film festival when we booked we didn't have much offer and we ended up staying in this residence. Probably, it would not be our first choice but we would have missed a great stay. Even though it is a senior residence (we were aware of that, I don't understand the bad comments stating they were unaware about it) we never felt unconfortable. We were treated very kindly by everyone. Moreover, we don't talk french so we used English to comunicate and even though they werent fluent (and we tottaly get it, it is not their duty to know the language especeially since they are not a hotel) they always tried to make it work. We arrived super early and our bedroom wasn t prepared yet, and even though communciation was hard, they managed to get us in our room at leat to change clothes which we were super greatful to. The room was enourmous, clean, had a kitchen (which we were not expecting and it was super good to prepare quick meals) and had nice sheets. Because it is a senior residence it has nice perks as well, like automated lights, curtains and it even has shutters which I don't find in many foreign countries and are a must for me. Aditiionally, they have parking spots. We have nothing to say, but great things about this place. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly
