The facilities are good up-to-date. The excellent staff and the location is in the middle of the city. Breakfast was excellent for the five days every day they change the menu. Recommended to all tourist. Hope to come again.

The hotel is conveniently located - many places are reachable on foot or by bus. Despite being close to a busy road it was pretty quiet. The hotel is rather old but well maintained, room cleaning always available.

Good location, very friendly and always ready to help personnel - starting from workers in the kitchen and up to the general manager of the hotel. No single question you may have, or any request you may put, will be left unreplied! The hotel serves breakfast that is also very nice and diverse (big opportunity for those who are hungry right after waking up 😁). The city center is easily accessible either by walking on your own or by using the public transportation that you can catch nearby that may appear as a major priority for the people who like sightseeing ☺️. All in all, staying there is highly recommended!

The room is comfortable, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is great and has easy access anywhere. If you need to go to a restaurant or minimarket you just need to go downstairs. Very convenient.

Had an amazing stay at the Spor hotel, the staffs were just amazing. Special mention to the Manager who always checked how we were doing and if we needed anything to make it a better experience. The cleaning staffs were great, always around to check if we needed anything changed or cleaned. The breakfast was good, and the staffs at the restaurant were great. Special mention to the Manager, as he facilitated us to stay late in the waiting lounge after the checkout for several hours as our flight was very late at night.

Stayed for 3 nights. Chose this Otel for the price & location. And was uncomfortable my whole stay. Very cold rooms, tiny, barely any space. Breakfast was nice & tasty, not many options but enough to satisfy your hunger. And every day the same. Staff doesn't speak English at all but they were always happy to help and to find a way to communicate. Usually with Google translator. Location is within walking distance to main Bulevard. Its 20 min walk to castle & museums. Lots of shops around but to find a place to eat was a challenge.

I admire the bluntness of the reception lady who tried to charge me as quick as possible and in the exchange rate of last year. She should be fired ASAP. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful - especially people from cleaning and breakfast team.
