This resort hotel is an oasis where you can relax in a convenient location for many activities. The facilities are good, especially the swimming pools, and the staff are very focused on their roles and helpful. The Lagoon balcony room was spacious.and clean, as well as being quiet and well equipped. The restaurant provided well cooked home prepared food and good service.

The Hotel is close to convenience stores, restaurants and bars. The room was very comfortable and well stocked for every need.

From the moment we pulled up Our needs were met with a early check in, our rooms were on the 5th floor with a pool view queen size beds and excellent facilities and staff.

Everything was great staff was awesome except the shower is low on pressure and the tvs are very small in room 310 other than that it was excellent

Okay, so I more or less knew what I was getting here. A hotel in a pretty good location but one that is showing it's age. The rooms were really clean and the highlight was not only the pools, but the lovely staff. Cathy and the other girls in the restaurant were amazing. The 24 hour restaurant is also a bonus for late arrivals. All round the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
