the staffs are courteous, nice, and accommodating. they are very patient with me especially when I said booking.com has charged me already. my mistake, I didn't see the confirmation letter of booking.com that I will be charged by the property since they already took my credit card details. anyway, when i asked for extra towel and slippers, they are very accommodating. the place is clean which is good. food is good. service is basically wonderful from the parking attendant to the concierge to the cleaning lady and the food deliverer.
