The apartment is very modern and is fitted with as high premium. Very comfortable and well decorated. Very clean and even the breakfast was prepared for the first day arrival. Katia, the owner, is very friendly and always available for assistance or questions.

Beautiful and luxurious Apartment with your own roof Terrace. Very friendly and helpful owner. Andria is also a lovely and authentic town, the Apartment is in walking distance to Great Restaurants and the old City Center. Highly recommended!

Al Civico 50 is a perfectly designed, modern and absolutely clean apartment. You can find everything you may need on your holiday. Even a first aid kit is in the bathroom! Everything is brand new, you feel as if you were the first guest here. We arrived late at night, but there wasn't any problem to get in the flat. (By whatsupp we changed messages.) If we needed something, Katia helped us. The flat is near the center, so we could buy fresh food every day. As we rent a car, we could get a parking place in the garage for 10€ per day, but we prefer parked on the street, because from 21 to 8.30 the parking is free and we usually travelled all day. In the kitchen we found water in the fridge, some food for breakfast, and there was even cofe in the cupboard with a classic cofe maker! So we started the morning perfectly. By the way, the towels were extremely soft and fragrant. Unfortunately because of the rain we couldn't enjoy the roof terrace for drinking the morning cofe. It was important for me that there was a washing machine as well. Only a microwave oven missed me to boil milk and heat some food. Overall we got a beautiful, comfortable, practically furnished and perfectly equipped apartment for a good price. Definitely worth 10 points. Thank you, Katia.
