Staff member was very friendly, made us feel welcome and explained everything perfectly! Bed was super comfortable (and huge) and no issues with facilities. We didn't get round to using the bar or food but it seemed to have a good atmosphere in passing. Oh and I can't not mention the stunning stained glass on the staircase!

Excellent staff; friendly and helpful. A large room, with clean bedding and a sizable and clean bathroom. Tea, coffee, TV and hairdryer are all available.
