My sister and I stayed in a ground floor accessible room as she has mobility issues and needs a wheeled walker to get about. When we arrived the lovely lady on reception came to show us to our room and fitted an extra grab rail in the bathroom. Very thoughtful. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water for baths or showers. Tea/coffee making facilities with nice biscuits and bottled water. A hairdryer and iron/ironing board all in the room, toiletries too. The breakfast was delicious - hot cooked food, pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juice all on offer. We really enjoyed that and were not made to feel rushed at all. Free parking too - such a bonus!

Easy location to access the amenities of the Town and also links to the major routes. Reasonably quiet. We went for a Double room, which was spacious and clean. It was well appointed and in a generally quieter part of the hotel.
