Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

Location perfect for a pre-season visit. Close to centre but quiet. Beautiful grounds. Staff fantastic. Breakfast - good choice & freshly prepared. Meal at the Pergola restaurant superb. Parking for car.

What negatives can you say about 5* hotel ? Simply great We lived in specific apartment at the tower which had 3 floors ..

We go there on occasions to treat ourselves as a family. The location is superb, the views are astonishing, the bedroom is outstanding and very modern, it’s all a dream. The breakfast is one of the best we ever had.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The shopping district and restaurants in Andorra La Vella are within walking distance. The room we stay in had amazing views of the mountains and city. It was spacious with a generous balcony and a small kitchenette. The heated pool was a good size and perfect for relaxing after a day spent the walking.
