We called the reception twice to ask if we could have a bowl for the dog to drink and both times they said « yes of course » but we waited 3 hours both times. Finally we went down to the reception and ask them again and they said that they don’t provide this service. Fair enough but then tell us immediately on the phone so that we have time to go to the shop to buy something… That little incident is revealing of a deeper problem of miscommunication/ lack of training.

The quality of service, the friendliness of the staff and breakfast buffet is second to none. The room was exceptionally good, clean and comfortable. I stayed here before in 2022 and it was just as outstanding then. This is a great hotel and situated perfectly to visit the many mountain passes in the area.
