The hotel is located at a nice area but it is difficult to enter the prenises if you are approaching the hotel from the opposite side. The member of staff who greeted us at the reception was not friendly nor polite. He was there because he had to be there! It is not the welcome that you expect from a hotel. Apart from that young man though, everyone else was very kind and polite. They were informed that we were there just for the night as it was my birthday and I would expect a welcome drink or something to that effect. Not that it mattered but it does make a difference and it would have made me go back. Little things make a difference. Regarding breakfast, there was a variety but it was way understaffed. As a result everything was coming out late and a member of staff who was taking the room orders thought that it was appropriate to fill 3 jugs of orange juice, whilst there was a queue behind her. Again, little things that make a difference. The staff at the bar at night time were very effective and appropriate for PR.

Loved our stay here and will definately be back. True we stayed in similar hotels in Greece and they were nowhere near as nice and with as great service from the minute you arrive. True gem!
