Please note that for reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Quiet hours based on Greek law are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. All guests are kindly requested to respect them.Full Housekeeping service is provided free of charge for stays of 7 days or more. For stays of 5-6 days, a room tidying up is offered once, and it is usually scheduled on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay. Housekeeping service can be offered or adjusted to different days from the scheduled ones based on your needs, with a surcharge. No free cleaning service is available for stays of up to 4 days.Self-catered breakfast available with an extra charge.Please note that the following rooms are on a split level:

The most incredible place , has everything you need There is no pool , but that didn’t matter because the beach was directly across the road and was the nicest beach we experienced in Athens The staff are amazing The size of the room is amazing, like a small house 10/10

Very clean, significant attention to detail, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The landscaping is fantastic, and we loved the back garden for lounging. The sunset view from the flat is amazing!
