Excellent location close to Disney, restaurants and pharmacies. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a spacious balcony. The hotel had a laundry room and microwave in the laundry room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was close to many food shops, pharmacy, Disneyland. Allowed us to walk back and forth from Disneyland to rest half way through the day. Great location, was very clean and great parking.

The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Disneyland. The parking was free and the staff were exceptional. Good pool and you can buy the essentials from the stores about 1 minutes walk away

The close location to Disneyland and the surrounding shops. The kids loved the pool and the pool toys, and the spa was great. Room was big enough to fit the family. It’s a great place to use as a base for your Disney vacation, and it was only about a 15 min walk to the gate. It was very easy to get lyfts too and from places, and also Uber eats delivered. We didn’t try the room service but it had a great variety of restaurants to order from. We also had an Amazon package delivered and it was held at reception for us to collect. The staff some days were amazing and really made an effort to be helpful, other staff on other days weren’t as good. We had family joining us on the trip and one lovely staff member made a note on their booking and arranged for us to be in the same building just down the hall from each other which was great for the kids to spend time in both rooms visiting.

Close to Disney, the interstate, and lots of restaurants! The staff was extremely helpful and would get us anything we needed right away.

We have stayed at many properties in the Disneyland area and have returned to Portifino Inn 3x. While the property is not fancy by any means, it has a good size family room with enough beds for my 3 grown kids- a king for mom and dad with a privacy screen, a bunk bed and a pull out couch. Pull out mattress wasn't great but not terrible! We like that the bathroom is on mom and dad's "side" as not to wake kids every time mom gets up to pee haha! Beds were comfortable enough! No sore back Nice big bar fridge and microwave in room Wardrobe to hang things was helpful, lots of drawers to store stuff 2 tvs 10-12 min walk to park. Close enough to come for an afternoon nap Air conditioning worked great! Good location with food options and convenience stores nearby Pool area was nice. The addition of sun chairs really helped that area! Has a gym with a couple machines Laundry area was helpful Usually best price for family suite We like this suite best of any in the area we've tried

Great location, walking distance to Disney aprox. 10 minutes. We did not try pool but place was clean and stuff very friendly and helpfull. We would definitely stay again
