The staff there were all so lovely. Special mention to Nelson, Jigna, Gabriel at the Breakfast staff and also Hassan on check in, he is incredibly helpful and all these people were especially amazing and made you feel so welcome. Being able to check into our Room super early was a god send as we were from New Zealand and needed the rest. The pool area was great, thank you all so much, we would definitely stay again. Great Location with lots of food options around close by.

Staff was friendly, conversational, very fast to attend our needs (clogged bathtub, loose toilet seat) they fixed all right away. Breakfast staff was above and beyond as well. Very convenient rooms with stove, dishwasher, utensils, fridge. Etc.

The breakfast was good but it is quite boring to eat the same thing every day if you are staying for a long period. We asked why is this so and we were told that it is a management directive, I am sure you can look into this

Perfect location for Disney with lots of restaurants near by and a target for stocking up on snacks for the kids. Pool was fab and was great to have breakfast included.

The room was great, good size, clean. Great location. Breakfast had a good selection. The buses for Disney are close. The staff delivering our missing room items were always prompt and friendly.
