Very luxurious, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy and the shower was also really pleasant. But at the same time the shower is not private in the slightest, and the space to leave the shampoo or gel is not great. It is also quite overpriced despite being a great hotel, and I found the staff very nice but a little pushy to get lots of extras. But overall this was a great experience.

I was a bit disappointed with the sound of the main road beside my room. I had a poor night's sleep, however when I asked the staff for a room transfer in the morning, they made it possible within 10 minutes. Amazing staff and hospitality from all who work there. I would come back again.

Lovely hotel, very clean, very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, swimming pool was nice, small but not crowded when I was there. 15 min walk to the station for train to centre. 10 min walk to trams.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, hand prints on the glass between the bedroom and bathroom….this was a high up window so definitely weren’t mine or my sons! Pink mould in bathroom and the inside of the toilet door was really grimy! Day 2, the mugs were turned upside down like they had been cleaned but when I went to use one it was covered in orange pulp from my juice the night before….hadn’t been washed at all, yuck, this makes me wonder about what else hasn’t been cleaned properly!

My partner and I booked the superior suit for my 30th birthday. The staff are really nice, room was comfortable but I do think it’s a bit expensive for what it is. I’ve stayed in hotels in Amsterdam for less and felt the quality on offer was a little better.

The whole property was amazing, the reception area is very welcoming, the bar and the staff were lovely. The room, very spacious, clean bathroom, was just overall fantastic - plus a very comfy bed!!
