Hotel Overview

The Muse Amsterdam - Boutique Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and features a peaceful courtyard. It offers rooms with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The Heineken Experience and Albert Cuyp Market are a 12-minute walk away.
This hotel had a major renovation in February 2016. It is a boutique hotel featuring 36 rooms in the style of the golden century. All rooms have a Handy smartphone, soft drink minibar, flat screen TV and free WiFi and a working desk, wooden floor and air conditioning. There is 24 hour reception and a breakfast area.
Museumplein and Concert Gebouw are 500 metres away. From there you have direct access to Schiphol Airport with bus 397. Tram 12 and 24 provide you direct links to Central Station, RAI and WTC from Roelof Hartplein.

The staff were nice and helpful. There was a playful cat in the hotel, and she made our stay very memorable. There was a free minibar in the room. After 12:00 the kitchen was open for tea and coffee. Special greetings to Bella.

This hotel is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to tram stations (to go and come back) from the center of Amsterdam. The staff was welcoming, and the room service was excellent. The only thing negative was that the water pressure in the room was low on the days we were visiting. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

We had a wonderful, warm welcome upon arrival and very friendly staff throughout our stay. Flavio, Lexie, and the other gentlemen, I didn't get his name, all lovely. Very helpful with directions and follow-up of lost luggage. The location is perfect for easy access to the tram and the Museum Quarter. Christmas market and light festival was a bonus.
