We appreciated the upgrade. The heating was not working properly - room 303 - but the staff quickly provided us with a small electric heater. The decor with the xxxxx everywhere is a bit much but that's your signature I guess.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and near tram stops . Reception staff let us check in early and held our luggage for us.

Review of The Manor Hotel The Manor is a spacious and comfortable hotel, especially notable for its roomy public spaces that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The heating is sufficient to keep you warm during the winter months, though it operates at the lower end of what could be considered comfortable. The beds are a highlight—very comfortable—but the oversized pillows detract from the overall sleeping experience, making them less practical for a good night’s rest. While the rooms are clean and well-presented, a few amenities are missing: there is no visible room service nor a menu available in the rooms, which could inconvenience some guests. The front desk staff is courteous and provides acceptable service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. In summary, despite its minor shortcomings, The Manor offers a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We ended up in the Junior Suite. The room was spacious and beautiful with lots of places to sit. The bed was large and comfy, and the bathtub was long and deep enough for my 194cm husband to soak his cares away.
