Lovely hotel in a great area - the majority of activities that Amsterdam has to offer are within walking distance and the hotel is close to tram lines and trains. The staff at The Bolster are amazing!! We checked out today, Sunday 17th November, and ran into a problem that had nothing to do with the hotel whatsoever - yet the lovely girl on reception went out of her way to help us and stayed with us until we were sorted. Exceptional service!! If the girl is reading this - THANK YOU SO MUCH!! xx

Clean, accessible and the perfect city stop. Staff were AMAZING, polite and so helpful, the wonderful receptionist went above and beyond for us and once discovering it was my partners birthday, went and got birthday treats for the room. It was beyond expectation- thank you so much.

The lady who runs the place is lovley and very helpful. The location is great, lots around and near a tram stop. Room was clean and new towels everyday.
