10/15 minute walk from everything really. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. Went for my boyfriend’s birthday and they left a card and balloons for him. The resident cat, Lady, is adorable. Good price for Amsterdam.

We love this hotel and have visited three times now. The staff are always wonderfully friendly, and we love the terrace with the views over the city. Our room was kept clean and tidy by the friendly cleaning team, who we really appreciated, and the staff at the front desk always greet you with a warm smile and hello, which is lovely. The hotel cat is also a wonderful addition to the team! The connected restaurant is a great place for dining in the evening, we would recommend dinner here as the steak is fab! The location is also great - walking distance to the main tourist areas, but nice and local feeling too. We would stay again, but really hope the Bank Hotel team work to improve the storage in the bedroom. I would also say there is little privacy in the bathroom, as the room is quite small the glass screen does not hide much (sound or visual!) so could be a little awkward for newer couples or for friends booking to share a double room, just something to be aware of.

The Bank Hotel is in the perfect location and found it easy to walk most places (which we did!). The hotel is close to lots of Cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants and is approximately a 12 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal, and about the same distance to the Red Light District. As it was my Birthday, the staff had put in the extra effort to make my stay special with a small treat which was super appreciated. The room was clean, enough space for two people and a special shoutout to the shower which was so nice! Really enjoyed my stay here!

Great location not far from Amsterdam Centraal but far enough to get some peace and to find better restaurants that aren't just tourist traps. The staff were all great and very accommodating.

Great location, just a short walk from the main train station and going in the opposite direction to the main shopping / tourist area meant that it was away from the crowds but still had some great eateries nearby. Room was good size and comfy. Fridge and two bottles of water.
