The fine print
Please note that the following terms will apply to the group reservation of 3 rooms or more:
- If your group booking comes with a refundable / standard condition the following cancellation policy will apply: once the group reservation is guaranteed, cancellation without charge is possible until 14 days before the day of arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 a.m. local time. In case of No Show or late cancellation, the pre-payment is non-refundable.
- Payment is due as follows: by charge of credit card or a pre-payment by bank of the total costs for all rooms, including breakfast, V.A.T. and city tax. The pre-payment should be received by the property 14 days before the arrival date at the latest.

The location was excellent on the singel canal. We were 10 minutes from the centraal rail station where we could access our canal cruise and we were around 15 minutes walk from the Anne frank house. Also a beautiful location among the canals The staff seemed friendly and helpful generally although they were unable to resolve our issues with the room. Overall the hotel felt clean and safe. I would recommend a lovely cafe further down singel called greenwoods for breakfast.

Location was excellent, very central but still away from the busyness of the centre. Walkable to Centraal Station, huge plus. We had a room with a canal view, it was lovely. Great bed and shower.

Staff were very kind & helpful; location on the canal was great; hotel was very clean; enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoyed having a view of the canal. It was very central - only 8 minutes from the train station and about 20 minutes from Dam square and the main shopping/tourist area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location, near to everywhere you’d want to visit. The rooms were spotless and comfy.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and smiling.The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and for those who don't want it, there are still free hot drinks from the machine. There is also a coffee machine in the room.

The staff made it an excellent experience. Apparently one of the evening staff couldn’t help another guest because he was new and didn’t know what to do, but when the manager heard about it she came into the breakfast room to apologise. Checking in quite late, the receptionist helped me make a cup of tea to take to my room and even fetched a larger mug from the kitchen. And on the bed was a welcome note with a little Dutch clogs keyring. I got advice on trams to the Van Gogh museum and when I got back she asked me about my museum visit. I thought they were suspicious of me as they asked me if there was only me in my room, but I think they just wanted to take better care of me while I was there! And also its central location, it looks out onto the Singel canal, is near the station, and Dam Square.
