A cool guesthouse, interesting location, a place for young people. There's a spot nearby for swimming and picnics. Good restaurant.

very warm welcome by hotel staff - reachable by a short walk from Central Station - very quiet at night - very good breakfast - modern bathroom, comfortable bed

the breakfast and bar area is very nice; the staff is super helpfull and friendly, they seem to love to work here, during breakfast you have excellent view at the park/water
