WE HAVE BEEN UPGRADED (RANDOM) TO A ROOM WITH A VIEW AND FREE BREAKFAST. ALSO WHEN WE INFORMED THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION THAT WE STAY REGULARY IN THE HOTEL SHE GAVE US A FREE DRINK VOUCHER FOR THE BAR.

Prompt and friendly service. Exceptionally clean and well positioned rooms within steps of Amsterdam Central station for ease of arrival and departure. We also found moving around from the hotel each day very easy and the staff helped with tips and advice.
