The location was good, a 20 minutes walk from the red light district which if you’re fast walkers like us wasn’t bad. Bed was very comfortable

Friendly staff always willing to help and provide relevant and useful info. Flexible and dedicated. Location is quite close to the Dam and Central Station (tram 4 recommended for a trip of only 5m). Very central. Free coffee in the reception is always a plus. Strongly recommend Ozo Hotels Armada for solo and couple travellers.

it's decent place the area is safe, the hotel is neat and the receptionist she is polite, considerate also when we needed help to keep the bag thats a big 👍, coffee is available anytime this is our go to hotel in AMS, recommended 👌

The staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The Wifi was satisfactory for work too. Great, central location that made it very easy to get around Amsterdam.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside is actually quite nice! And the rooms are very modern as well. The staff was so friendly and when asked for an extra pillow due to being pregnant they was happy to help no questions asked.

In a great position for central Amsterdam. The hotel is positioned overlooking a canal and in a nice area of the city. Free tea and coffee in the lounge was a bonus!

It was very close to the center, clean and easy to access. It had a lift as well as the stairs, which is not so common in Amsterdam
