Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.Check out time is 11.00.Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Did as described. Clean, all facilities. Bits and pieces for the kitchen like some detergent to start you off. Daily cleaner. Supermarket within 2 blocks. Good location. Quiet residential area but short walk to tram, bus, Museumplein and Vondel Park. Quick response by reception (based elsewhere) by WhatsApp.

Perfect location for our 2 night stay. Only a 5 minute walk to Van Gogh museum, Xmas market. Lots of eating places & supermarket just around the corner.

Large size, had everything need. In very nice part of Amsterdam close to transport, shops, but in quiet street. Very nice staff. Will definitely stay there again

Very clean, modern & spacious. Has everything you need and daily cleaning is great! We caught food poisoning on our second to last day, and they kindly offered us to stay in the room for a very late checkout which was very thoughtful and helped us greatly!

Great location, right next to Concertgebouw and Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum. It has all the utilities you need, I cooked every day at home! You have a metro stop 100m away, that goes to Leidseplein, Dam Square, Centraal Station. The cleaning staff noticed I was sick because of the meds I had at my room and they let lots of tea bags for me, that was really kind. I just have good things to say! I totally recommend.

Lovely apartment, lovely area and walking distance to the museums and public transport. The apartment was very comfortable, modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious apartment and decently equipped kitchen. Great for a 3-4 day stay in Amsterdam. The location is close to the museums, boat tours, shopping, parks, and restaurants. The street the apartment is on is pretty and the apartment was quiet

Location wise, it is ideal if you want to be close to city center but not right in the middle of crowds. It’s 10 walking to Museumplein, Van Gogh Museum, Vondel park. We loved it and we’d definitely choose the same accommodation for another trip to Amsterdam.
