Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West is a 15 minute drive from Amsterdam city centre, and a 10 minute drive from Amsterdam Zuid. Schiphol International Airport is a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The bus stop to reach the city centre is within walking distance from the property.
When on the A4 highway, take exit 1-Sloten and from there Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West is a 4 minute drive. Parking is available on site (surcharge).

Hotel is big, nice and comparing with other Hotels in Amsterdam has more to offer as small gym, restaurant and a bar. As I went for business purposes the location was good, but if you go to do tourism in Amsterdam location is not so convenient.

We were there for our honeymoon and I requested the hotel management to decorate the room for my husbands birthday. They did as I asked them to. It was a lovely surprise for my husband and everything was perfect and up to the mark. Location wise it was great just 10 mins from the airport in the bus. City centre was bit far but overall very nice stay and comfy bed.
