Lovely hotel, friendly staff and hotel facilities are great! Well worth the money. Rooms are very modern and bed is really comfy. We had a really nice quiet room (609) and did not get disturbed by any hotel noises. The location is also good! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is fabulous! One of the best hotels I've been to around the world in terms of service. Location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the Centraal Station. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel too and just a few stops will take you to the musuems. There is a street right beside the hotel where you can go shopping or even go to the small supermarkets. If you walk along the street, you'll reach the Kalverstraat. For Muslims, there's plenty of halal options within 2 mins walk. The hotel staff are so welcoming and polite. All of them. I was really wowed by that. Superb service. They are all so helpful from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping. The lobby is nice and has lots of seating space with fireplaces. The rooms are big by Amsterdam standard. We have a double bed and a comfy sofa bed for our son. It is clean and warm enough for a cold winter's day. There is aircon as well. The bathroom is very good sized and clean.
