Staff were friendly, helpful and and very informative. Location is perfect for exploring the whole city and right across from a canal. We had a balcony and it was lovely to wake up and look out to the canal. Room and hotel was really clean. We would definitely stay again when visiting Amsterdam and definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Love this ibis. I had initially booked a night coz I am rushing off and I am very certain that I would come back. I went to the wrong ibis down the road, and special kudos to the gentleman who kindly q to the one down the road. Further more, we forgot our bottle opener and the lovely lady actually dressed up and hopped out to get our beer bottle open. The service is immaculate and the hotel room whilst small is clean and functional. Water is hot though it will splash everywhere but nothing that a floor towel cannot dry. Anyhow a shout out to Claudio and Saad.

This is what to expect from a night in Amsterdam. Very good price/quality and excellent friendly staff. Claudio was very professional and supported in many ways. Nice bed, clean room, spacious and not too loud enviroment outside. Will book again!

The staff were excellent. They were very efficient, and we got a friendly greeting every time we came back to the hotel. The location is ideal - far enough from the center to be quiet but close enough to be easily reachable on foot or by tram. There is a great street market around the corner and lots of good restaurants nearby.
