Everything was super clean, 24hr access to and from the hotel with refreshments (drinks snacks etc) available at all hours to. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good. Great access to Amsterdam Centre via train, only 5/10 mins from Noord Station and about the same time on the train journey. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Overall very satisfied.

Lovely hotel. The bed was up steep steps, but maybe not all rooms are the same. Thought it was a bit out of the way until I read the info card. Just a 10 -15 min walk to a free ferry oner to Amsterdam Central made it even better. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked and smelt great. Will definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, just one station away from the Central Station. The property was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the fact the staff went above and beyond when I left a personal request for a birthday note to be left. They left some balloons and banners and it was so unexpected and caught us by surprise so thank you for making our stay memorable

The beds were comfy and soft, Our towels got changed and the bed made, The bathroom was nice and we were lucky and got a nice little terrace balcony. It was just a 8 min walk to the train station and from there it was easy to get everywhere.

The room was unique in the loft style room. The staff were accommodating as they allowed us to check in 10 minutes before check in time. The room service was very nice and respectful of our privacy. The location was only a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest metro station which brought you directly into the central station. The 24 hour reception was a good resource to have and your room key was required to enter the room section of the hotel making it safer.

This was a very nice room its on the opposite side of Amsterdam across the ferry. I liked this area much more then the popular main part. The room was very clean the staff wonder. I would stay here again and there is A/C!!

Super easy to find and in a nice quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the metro station, bedroom was comfortable and perfect for 2 people, very good for the price and clean and great shower! Would definitely recommend.
