the booking wasnt clear if Breakfast was included. I thought i made booking with breakfast. It wasnt clear that breakfast had to be paid on check oout. I also thought it was a Booking.com special Rate booking which included the breakfast.

The Hotel Is welcoming, not far from the centre that you can reach by foot and the museums area is just around the corner (Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum). The hotel itself is quite new, there is a nice area to have a very good breakfast, there is plenty of facilities and a tramway in the surroundings. Our room was nice, the furniture was quite new, we slept well and had everything we needed.

Staff was friendly, they accommodated my requests and the bed was very comfortable. The area the hotel was in was also very green and nice, not far from the centre especially via tram.

The hotel it is in a good position, close to many attractions (Museums, boats cruise, restaurant ect). The staff is very kind and friendly, they will help you all the time with any queries. We also enjoyed the room and beds, cosy and comfortable (because we had a 4 years old child, we moved the 3 single beds together and nobady said anything 😁, p.s. We moved them back when we left). The heat is always on(i suppose) because it was so nice and warm. ❤️ We really enjoyed our stay on this hotel. P. S.
