Customer service, wonderful policies and outstanding attitude of all staff. Incredible silent for sleeping. It is not so centric but Amstel station is 10 minutes walk though a nice street. Perfect bikes for renting. Free bottled water and apples.

This is one of my favorite hotels so far. I love the vibe, the ambiance. It also has such a nice Lobby & restaurant. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The bed very comfortable. And we loved the details everywhere, the welcoming, nice tea and coffee in the room. There is literally thought of everything.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, lovely staff, and a really trendy hotel! I’d really recommend to other couples travelling in the city. It’s a short walk to Amstel station and the area felt really safe.

Very well appointed bedroom, with all amenities, super comfortable hard mattress. Nicely designed , spacious, inviting lobby w adjoining restaurant, breakfast room, chill lounge. Very amicable, efficient staff. Furthermore local transport is just 3 min away that gets u anywhere in central Amsterdam.
