Staff are so friendly could not fault them, gave a lovely personal birthday card as we mentioned we had a birthday. We stayed in a room that was an igloo we were fascinated and really enjoyed it.

The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable. It's very functional and uses space well. The staff were also very friendly and kind. We primarily interacted with Key, who was wonderful. They also let you store luggage there, which was helpful for our trip.

Amazing location right near the train station. Friendly staff. Very helpful and lovely. Love the concept of the hotel. Clean room and comfy bed. Good shower and nice towels.
