This property has a great location in Central Amsterdam close to public transport as well as tourist sites. The family staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the room each day and even tidied up for us plus we really appreciated the extra power board they gave us (without asking) after seeing we were struggling with room to plug things in. Room felt relatively clean and had everything we needed. There is also a cat who lives in the hotel which would often be around for a pat or sleeping on the stairs!

Great location and a clean room. Cleanliness is my main priority. The room was very small and basic but exactly as described. Very good value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. For what we paid we are extremely happy. We don’t book a basic hotel for a cheap price and expect 5* like some people, just a clean room with a comfortable bed and that is exactly what we got

Friendly staff, perfect location, and lovely view. When our other hotel cancelled the day before our trip, we found Sharm and booked. We ended up being glad as the room and price was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Warm room in a quiet place in a very central location. The professionalism of the receptionist was evident and i loved the cat which was described as the boss of the house. The room had a good window with a garden view and city views were great! We were lucky to have sunny days!

I really like the location, 10 mins walk from dam square. Very friendly staff. There are a lot of amenities and shops around the hotel.

The hotel itself was ideally suited to the centre of Amsterdam. The stairs were narrow but this is to be expected with most hotels in Amsterdam. Having the rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday was a bonus that we didnt expect.
