Hotel Roemer is a boutique hotel situated in 2 historic 18th-century mansions in a quiet street, only 400 metres from Leidseplein in the heart of Amsterdam. It includes a private garden and rooms with a Nespresso coffee machine and flat-screen TV.
Vondelpark is 200 metres from the hotel. Tram stop Stadhouderskade is less than a 5-minute walk away and provides easy access to Amsterdam Central Station. The Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, on Museum Square, can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk. The fashionable P.C. Hooftstraat is 350 metres away.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Roemer! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and its location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk from Leidseplein, making it easy to explore Amsterdam. We stayed in the quadruple room, which was absolutely perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. A big plus was the Nespresso machine in the room, which made for a great coffee experience in the morning. Another huge convenience was the elevator, which made it so much easier to get around with our stroller. The staff was also incredibly helpful and honest. I accidentally left behind a piece of clothing, and they found it for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Roemer for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Amsterdam. We will definitely be back!

Staff is amazing - kind, caring and attentive! Actually we liked everything. There was an accident with our bath, but the staff took care of it, so we kept enjoying our stay.

Amazing location!!! Right next to Vondelpark and the museum quarter, but quiet street and not touristy. Great, clean rooms. Elevator in the building.

The layout and the room - though it would have been better to have a room at the back as the street can be quite noisy - as Amsterdam is a party town 😀

The hotel was located in a very nice area of Amsterdam, not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but just far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The room was very spacious and the reception was attentive and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even received a complimentary drink voucher dropped off. Excellent location. A bus stop for the bus directly to the airport is a minute away on the main road.
