This place is amazing. The room was a good size for myself and my 2 children. We could use the kitchen for making meals. The location was close to museums and right in the heart of Amsterdam. there is a supermarket right downstairs which stocks most things. On rainy days the reception staff offered us umbrellas, in the evenings, there were often treats to take for free. The reception staff were the best anywhere. Special thanks to Christian, who went above and beyond for us. The first night I ordered pizza to the wrong address and he ran outside in the rain to help find it. On our second night, my son had an allergic reaction, and Christian called the ambulance and helped us tremendously, checking in and making sure everything was well.

Perfect position in the centre of Amsterdam, very comfortable and also quiet. The staff was super gentle and ready to fulfill every need if possible. The room was perfectly clean and little kitchen very useful. We recommend it really
