The staff were very friendly. I was looking for a parking spot and they offer to park at the basement which is very convenient and safe. Access to tram is within walking distance, very easy. Nearby to restaurant, walking distance to Rental Car in Overtoom.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The rooms are a bit soundproof, we think, as we didn't really heard a lot of noise from the other rooms despite seeing a lot kids and family staying there. We had a great stay and very close to all the attraction.

The location wise its really good. They have 2 trams that can go to the city centre and the museum square. Its really convenient since theres albert (supermarkt) and cafe around the hotel.
