The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the Amsterdam Museum and H'ART Museum. I was on the fourth floor, though the steps were quite steep (and there was no elevator), I regularly walk so it wasn't a problem for me. The view of the canal outside was lovely. The heating worked fantastically in my room (which is a big plus for me since I get chronically cold). The staff were very helpful, and the price was amazing considering I booked it for over 3 nights only a day before arriving. The room I had was perfect for one person.

Hotel is in a walking distance of everything, taxis to big monuments such as stadiums are 15 minutes top and cheap

The family room was ideal for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was a good size and clean. The location is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but it’s far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. This room was perfect for our short visit.

The staff are very friendly The beds are also surprisingly very comfortable for singles Great location, i see a lot of negative comments about noise, but I'd say it's 1 of the quieter parts if anything Would definitely return

The hotel is located on a quiet street just next to a small canal and the Amstel River. It's close to the metro station and completely walkable to the Amsterdam Center. They cleaned the room every day, and the whole hotel was very clean. Our room had a view of the canal, and only on the 2nd floor so not a lot of climbing ( there is no elevator).

I was with a baby ! And it went all well. The stuff were kind and let is leave stroller downstairs due to narrow stairs.
