From the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast and conversation over it (i was the only one and so the chef and i had a most enjoyable and interesting discussion) the staff couldn't be more helpful. Quite night's sleep in a fabulous location. Only downside i was only there one night but i shall be back! Lovely touches beyond expectation for this rated hotel and let me back in my room when i had forgotten something. Staff here deserve plenty of credit.

Hotel Fita was perfect. From location to friendly informative staff, to value for money, to location... the tram stop is less then a minutes walk, the museums are very close too. The Christmas market was just a 3min walk and a very handy little supermarket about a 5min walk. I loved the homey old world charm, and our stay here well exceeded my expectations. Thanks Hotel Fita for accommodating us, we highly recommend when you visit Amsterdam.

The location is superb. You're within walking distance of the major museums, and really close to tram and bus stops if you want to travel further afield. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The room was small but very well appointed, quiet, and had everything I needed. The shower was also very good.

Staff, location, coffee maker in the room, loved the little honesty bar. Would be good to have alcohol free options in there though aswell

The location was perfect, especially for the museum visit. The neighborhood was not as noisy or crowded as the central area, but still the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. It was better access to the station Amsterdam South, which is closer to the airport. The staff was friendly and responsive to my request. I found the shower door broken and informed one of the staff members. When I came back at the end of the day, it was already fixed. I was very happy with the coffee machine (illy) in the room.
