Hotel Overview

The famous Vondelpark functions as a backyard garden to Hotel City Garden, which is on the fancy P.C. Hooftstraat shopping street. It offers rooms with street or park views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The hotel rooms have en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone and TV. In the morning you can start the day with a breakfast buffet in the bright breakfast room with a view of the garden.
Hotel City Garden joins on to the Vondelpark, ideal for a lovely walk. The historical city centre and the Leidseplein with its countless restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
Guests can make use of the computer station in the lobby which has free internet access. The hotel features a 24-hour front desk.

Room size and facilities wer amazing not cramped or nowt had a 4 man room to share with the lads n ther space was unreal for us and wel located just outside the park where u can have a nice walk with a spliff

Property was okay, a bit expensive for the quality but considering the rest of Amsterdam prices, it is understandable. The staff were very nice, but sadly the hygiene needs improvement

24h reception was great for our late check in Smooth check in/out process Hotel was able to organise an advance airport taxi booking for checkout Room has a lot of extra amenities including kettle, heater, bar fridge, study desk with power ports. We personally didn’t need them but would be comfortable for a longer stay

The location is great, being on the high-end shopping street (Hermes, LV, Guci etc), and it's in the museum quarter very close to the Van Goch Museum. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
