Location is close to the Rijksmuseum, the hotel also offers low rates at a nearby public parking garage. Very friendly staff, when we left we were given a small present.

The location and the neighbourhood is really great, quiet but not completely cut out from the more vibrant part of the region, easy to navigate to and from different attractions, restaurants and tram stops. The room is spacious and the staff at the reception arranged am early check in for me since I arrived the hotel at around 8am and she simply put me in a vacant ans ready room, which is the best part of the entire stay

One of the nicest hotels i have stayed in the past year. Not only i had a great room (with an Auping bed!), there were plenty of little details here that made the stay memorable. A complementary drink, a little present when leaving, a book in which the family introduces themselves and their personal history with the hotel, the Jenga & Chess pieces ready to play in the dining room , ... The whole place just breaths charm all over.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel felt so luxurious. It was a great location, only a few minutes to the tram and metro and less than 30 minutes to the airport. It was a lovely area with lots of restaurants and cafes and so walkable to many of the attractions. I truly could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the centre but not right in the midst of all the action, so it was nice to come back to in the evening. There are also great places around for brunch or dinner. The room was very spacious, the staff was friendly and the heating worked well (it was very cold on the first day we arrived). This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel (previous time was around 5 years ago) and I would stay again.

The staff were nice. The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the tram/metro station. The room was as described. The hotel does have an elevator if you don’t feel like climbing the steep stairs.
