Our stay at this hotel was very nice. Parking is right in front of the entrance. It is a dog friendly facility. The best thing about our stay was the receptionist Anna - professional, willing to help, knowledgeable, gentle, and nice. Anna greets guests with a smile and makes them feel welcomed and special. We loved our time spent at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam.

The view from our room was extraordinary - absolutely stunning, room 1411. :-D It took 1 hour to organise the rooms, but it was ok waiting. We got a free drink as compensation and the rooms was very nice.

20 minutes by tram to the city center. there is a food market outside to buy nice food.

Clean and breakfast was ideal - was continental style. Hotel ja a tube stop away from the main city centre and the station is about a 10 min walk away or you can walk for 15 mins to a free boat for the crossing.

Like the cleaning room, the location and the restaurant staff (Eloisa). The birthday balloons also great for my wife's birthday. Dislike the bed type, missed upgrade for the room, no fridge or minibar and the warm prosecco with no fridge to keep it cold.
