The room was relatively big for four of us being in the city centre. It was clean and tidy and had all basic things in it including hair drier, toiletries, hangers, etc.

Location central, room small and basic Room extremely hot turned all heating off and still warm Back alley location didn't feel overly comfortable if I was on my own and steps were like a ladder going up and down was an experience

Great location，very close to dam square!!but the stairs are very steep，not easy to climb especially with luggage. The mattress is too soft for me. The cleanliness is not meet my expectation.

The location is great, and nearby has a lot of food and shops. Every where is walking distance. The room is clean and comfy for a 3 pax. There were complementary of coffee in capsules, a variety of biscuits, and candies. Staff was helpful in providing clear instructions for check-in. Easy and convenient. Overall, good experience.
