Popped over to Amsterdam for the first time. A great city break, easy to explore everything on foot from the hotel. Fantastic location, beautiful canal side spot. So easy to get a tram or bus into the town if needed! Cosy bar to grab a few drinks, comfortable bed and lovely shower too! Great to have toiletries provided as we were packing light!

We loved the rooms and the breakfast was very tasty. We had a situation in our room where there was a major leak coming from the floor above and staff dealt with it immediately and moved us to another room, while also giving us our room service on the night of our arrival for free, as compensation. We thought their service was absolutely amazing and would stay again just for that reason!

Staff were prompt and accommodating, the hotel is high-end and and decorated beautifully and tastefully for Christmas. My room was clean and comfortable but cold which is understandable at this time of the year. I was provided with a portable heater without any issue. The bathtub is a bit tricky to get out of and without a mat in or outside the bathtub resulted in a nasty fall.

The room was clean and it had a superb view of the town. We loved the location, we had easy access to appollan street which was dreamy and great for walking. I loved the gym which was well equipped and clean.
