The staff were incredibly friendly—Lars (I think that was his name) really went above and beyond. He managed to get us a room upgrade, complimentary VIP drinks at the rooftop bar, and free cookies. Such a lovely touch and great service!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location right beside train station. Restaurant upstairs needs booking in advance and restaurant on ground floor not as busy can possibly book on the day. Enjoyed our stay

Great location and easy to commute to and from the main train station. The concierge was also really helpful in storing our luggage on the day of our check-out. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and fast. The room was clean and spacious, appreciate the amenities of free water, coffee/tea in the room. The toiletries (soap, shampoo) provided in the room were useful and of good quality. We also ate at the restaurant, We are Edn, which had great service and was good for group dining.

Superb location 5min walk from the train station, perfect location for sightseeing. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly particularly Noreen at breakfast, food options were exceptional even catered for gluten free. Cannot fault anything, our whole experience from check in to leaving was wonderful, honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in!
