Crowne Plaza South is located in South-Amsterdam, just a 5-minute walk from station Amsterdam Zuid which connects guests to the city center within 10 minutes. It offers modern design accommodation, fitness facilities and an on-site bar with 2 large sunny outdoor terraces.
Each Crowne Plaza room is equipped with a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV with satellite and pay TV channels. The large bathroom comes with free toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. A Pillow menu is offered for guests to choose their favourite pillow out of 5 options.
The hotel offers two great dining option. The first one is De Japanner Zuid, based on the Japanese izakaya: small bars where workers relax after a long working day with beer, sake and delicious food to share before commuting home (often for hours). Open for lunch and dinner. The second one Manhattan Lounge Bar is a wine and cocktail bar with a delicious bistro offering for dinner.
The hotel also offers bike rental.

The hotel and room were really good for the price as the price is lower as compared to hotels closer to Amsterdam center. The plus for the location is its closer to Zuid station so you can access public transport easily.

The hotel was close to the train station which was great. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was great with the added accessories of soap and shampoo. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
