The room was bigger that I expected. My room has balcony so I can smoke there while seeing the best view of the canal. The breakfast was also nice. I think the location is the best. Definitely will stay here again if I go back to Amsterdam.

From the restaurant and bar to our suite, the staff did everything possible to assure our comfort and satisfaction. The restaurant menu was superb and our dinners there were luxurious and impeccably prepared. Without hesitation, we will stay there again.

The staff was very very friendly and always ready to help. The room was overall quite nice and the position is really fabulous. There are still quite a few things they can improve, but overall it's quite good and I am going to stay again in a few months
